Generation of Two – Port Circuit and Filter Parameters

This paper presents methods for generating parameters of linear and piecewise-linearized nonlinear circuits, useful in the analysis and design of analog circuits and filters. Several programs (CSAP, TFSYG, ACAP, SYSEG) were developed to automatically compute circuit equations, transfer functions, poles and zeros, and to perform sensitivity analysis. These tools allow both symbolic and numerical analysis, covering DC, AC, and transient regimes, and can identify critical elements and parameter variations that affect circuit performance. The procedures also enable the computation of Z, Y, T, H, F, and S parameters, including applications to coupled resonators used in wireless power transfer. Implementations in MAPLE and MATLAB demonstrate that the proposed methods are efficient and reliable, with results confirmed by simulations, literature, and experiments.
