Investigation of homogenous magnetic field obtained by quadrupole cores for frequencies up to 1 MHz
The investigation of the behaviour of biological microorganisms in magnetic fields of various frequencies is a current topic of interest at the border between engineering and medicine. The design and manufacturing of devices that provide a magnetic field as homogeneous as possible in a study area is a goal of current research. In this paper, a comparative modeling study of two quadripolar core devices was carried out, considering on the one hand the use of 4 materials dedicated to use at medium frequencies (up to 1 MHz), and on the other hand the homogeneity of the magnetic flux density offered by them in an area of interest of 1cm x 1cm.
