Current References Optimization using AI Techniques
This paper proposes a new approach for circuits optimization using an analog circuit simulator and a high-level general-purpose programming language. In the new context of AI tools development, circuit design is a new promising domain that can be enhanced using open source mathematical and scientific computing libraries for Python programming tasks. Widlar current source can provide low current values, and its design simplicity has transformed into a widely used integrated circuit configuration. This current reference in MOS implementation has been chosen in this paper as a demonstrator for LTspice simulation integrated with Python analysis regarding its temperature behavior.
