INCREASING ENERGY EFFICIENCY IN THE SUBWAY TRANSPORT NETWORK

The paper presents the possibility of achieving technical solutions by implementing environmentally friendly renewable energy systems, more precisely by building your own production network (Power Plant/ Photovoltaic System), respectively transport and introduction into the own/ national network with the possibility of connecting to the SEN (National Electroenergetic System) in order to reduce electricity costs in underground passenger transport in the Municipality of Bucharest. The photovoltaic energy produced is charged to the public electricity grid, in whole or in part, of the unconsumed portion of the Photovoltaic System. This type of Photovoltaic System does not require scheduled maintenance, but only preventive maintenance, which can be performed once a year by the company's personnel after a short training, with minimal costs
